Consistently courteous and very pleasant staff especially the manager, and beautifully maintained room with large TV and a jacuzzi tub, for example. Lots of outstanding food.

The bed was comfortable and pillows were great.

Completely satisfied as I have stayed many times for meetings at the Simi Valley Masonic Center.

I particularly liked the staff. They are kind, and while one can train a serviceperson, you cannot always teach kindness. The manager Kris accommodated two changes to our date of stay when an unexpected illness caused us to delay our trip. I really appreciated that willingness to be flexible especially when I realized that I had unwittingly booked a reservation that has a 100% cancel/modification fee. I would be willing to stay there again because of this service. Also, I would be willing to try other Holiday Inn's because of our experience at this one. I also like the early check/late check out. Very convenient. Didn't get to try the breakfast do cannot comment.

It is clear that the property has been, or is being updated. We stayed in a room with a Kingbed and Jacuzzi. Very comfortable for the money. I do think just a little further updating would be appropriate....for example removing the popcorn from the ceilings.

The room was tastefully done with nice coffee maker, couch and ottoman Bed was comfortable and everything was clean and in order.

I did not have a chance to stop by for the breakfast, but I did enjoy the coffee in the room. Next time would try the breakfast.

Spacious room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Particularly nice view to courtyard. Location close enough to Reagan library as well as Ronald Reagan Library and museum. Also, close to good restaurants.

The location to the Reagan Library was very handy.

The room was barely cleaned and the facility is badly in need of repairs. Unfortunately I'd have to rate it as the worst Holiday Inn Express we ever stayed in.

The Holiday Inn Express Simi Valley features a cute and stylish decor with easy access throughout the hotel. The atmosphere is comfortable for seniors, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

More accessible seating in common areas would be beneficial.

Quiet, convenient, comfortable bed, great service and a adequate breakfast. I would recommend a stay for the value.

The staff were very nice. They helped us with our bags and were always attentive to our needs during breakfast.

The suite layout could have been slightly more intuitive.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and well presented.

I arrived and was put into a room under a bus load of teenagers who were running up and down the hallway. I complained four times and asked for earplugs. The next morning, I went outside and looked, only to discover that I was next to an elevator and the hotel was full. The ice machine on the wall outside my room was also noisy. Someone should go lay down in that room because every time someone walks upstairs or each time the elevator is used, the bed rattles. It isn't JUST noisy but also there are vibrations. admit I am a light sleeper but that is the way many of us are. I would never stay at that hotel again and I love HI Expresses normally. This, also, was mot one of the new sleel HI's but rather a rather old property, it appeared.

They had an on-site laundry room and fitness center. They also included breakfast for all their guest, which is amazing!!! I also had an amazing spa inside my room and that was beyond amazing!!!

I personally didn't like how they didn't offer any other food options after breakfast and their mini market is overly priced (3 dollars for a can of soda) it's not like a 24hr gas station is right next door to them. Hint!!! There is a gas station right next to them so there was never a need to buy from the mini market. I just writing this to help poor guest walking all the way to the front desk just to be disappointed with there pricing. Long story short just head to the gas station next door like down the street.
